Lesson 03 – The Approach

If you are a newcomer to Natural Hygiene, the revelations to come in the next 10 Courses may, at first, seem quite astonishing. This information will likely be very different from what you have been taught throughout much of your life about health and disease. You will learn new ideas, encounter challenging concepts, and more deeply examine many conventional ‘facts’ that you previously assumed to be true.

The facts that you will learn here, the thinking skills that you will gain, and the inner intuitive guidance that you will naturally begin to feel within you… and learn to follow… you will see that it is all so utterly simple, clear and profound. Truth is like that.

Truth is always universal, and is available to everyone. It is not the exclusive property of any authority, professional class, or privileged group.

Home-study requires that you rely on your own thinking and judgment whether to accept or reject what you learn. This is the right road to true education. Challenge everything that you learn. Prove it to yourself. Think for yourself, contemplate the facts, and consult your own intuition and common sense for confirmation about what you are learning. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true.
