Transformation Institute exists to provide high-quality home study courses in natural health education for those who seek to take charge of their own health.  We are a nonprofit organization, offering training to health seekers around the world since 2000.

I am very pleased to offer the Natural Hygiene Independent Study Courses.
The Essential Course is a thorough and comprehensive course for learning, understanding and practicing Natural Hygiene in your own life. The course incorporates the knowledge, time and effort of many of the world's renowned health educators. The lessons are designed to give you a comprehensive and detailed understanding of nutrition and other lifestyle practices, teaching you to achieve and maintain abundant health and vitality.

My aim is to help you achieve a thorough understanding of nature's laws and how they apply to human health and well-being. As you learn and apply these profound new insights in your own life, you will be amazed at the positive changes that occur. And that is exactly how it works. The closer one gets to true health understanding, to being in harmony with nature in body and mind, there comes the very natural experience of joy, well-being and peace. Dr. Sniadach (pronounced Sny-dak) began his studies in natural hygiene health care in 1982. He received his doctorate in chiropractic in 1993 from Parker Chiropractic College in Texas and completed a clinical fasting internship with renowned Dr. William Esser in Florida in 1994. He became a certified member of the International Association of Hygienic Physicians (a specialty group of physicians advocating, teaching and supervising fasting for patients) in 1994.

Dr. Sniadach has many years of clinical practice with fasting, detoxification programs and chronic disease care. He developed and administered fasting and meditation retreats at various locations in the USA and Australia.

He co-founded Healthful Living International (HLI) in 1999, a membership organization committed to teaching and practicing natural hygiene. In 2000, he created Transformation Institute to provide comprehensive home study courses in natural hygiene health care for passionate health seekers. He has created and conducted many seminars and public lectures over the past 15 years.
