04.02 – Natural Hygiene as a New Concept of Healthful Living – Part 2
Natural Hygiene is not new from many perspectives, although it is relatively new to what we call civilization. And of course, it is totally new for those who learn it the first time. As you come to understand Natural Hygiene in its totality, you will quickly see that every living thing, since the beginning of Life, automatically and naturally practices its own species-specific ‘Natural Hygiene.’ Because Natural Hygiene is built from the foundational principles that beget and sustain all life, it follows that each species has its own ‘User Guide’ for how to live to meet its own specific needs. The General Principles that govern Life apply to all of life. Within those General Principles, each species has its unique needs. By meeting those needs, it achieves optimal health.
For example, squirrels automatically live instinctively, so they automatically follow Natural Hygiene For Squirrels. They eat what they are designed to eat, sleep when they are designed to sleep, exercise as they are designed to exercise, etc. Dolphins automatically adhere to Natural Hygiene for Dolphins. Birds, bees, bacteria, whales and earthworms all naturally and instinctively follow their own form of Natural Hygiene – which are the Laws and Practices optimally suited to each species.
In fact, every human being, to some degree, also practices Natural Hygiene every day. The only question is “To what degree?” Every living human being must breathe, eat, drink, sleep, move, etc. How well each of those is accomplished, according to the Natural Law (i.e. the Natural Hygiene ideal), is what determines the level of health that will be achieved and enjoyed. Of course, animals don’t question their instincts, they simply follow them. Humans are the first species capable of intentionally ignoring their instincts.
You can choose to learn how to reawaken your instincts, and use your creative intelligence to build on them, taking them higher and higher.
Intellectual understanding of Natural Hygiene is alien to our culture because of its relative rarity. At this time in history Natural Hygiene, even though it is in accord with our pristine being, is relatively unknown because of medical thinking and propaganda, along with many alternative forms of medicine… both of which are supported by a commerce system that trades and profits upon diseased thinking and actions.
It is our hope to teach enough dedicated individuals this science and practice of health to assure that humanity thrives in health and enlightenment. In pursuing this course you are asked to be the torchbearers of a way of life whose time has come.
