Overview
The NHC 101 Philosophy Course presents the fundamental philosophy and premises of the Natural Hygiene Personal Health Care System. With this foundation in place, the following Courses in the Natural Hygiene Essentials Program (NHEP) build upon it.
Each of us are magnificently designed and created creatures. Like every other animal on Earth, living in harmony with Nature and Her Natural Laws is the key to unlocking common sense ways of living that achieve maximum health and well-being. When you see the bigger picture, and understand the basic functions of how natural health care works, healthful ways of living become clear, obvious and simple.
Achieving and enjoying excellent health is not supposed to be difficult. Every living creature in Nature enjoys good health by following its natural instincts, which guide it to live how it is supposed to live, eat what it is supposed to eat, and carry out all its natural functions as it is meant to do.
Humans beings also have natural instincts... but most of us have lost touch with them. In addition to instincts, you have highly developed intellect, intuition, and emotional capabilities which, if used wisely, can expand and amplify your instincts, leading you to higher levels of harmony with Nature, and strong connection with your higher self. With intuition and insight maturing within, you can carefully and creatively broaden that connection, achieving amazing levels of joy and happiness.
It is your birthright, and everyone's birthright to do so. All it takes is knowledge, desire and steady effort. Indeed, it is your duty to yourself, and for those you love and care for.
